The Crossing Carpark

Client: Colliers International New Zealand Limited.
Function: Parking Garage/Architectural
Fabric: Flexfacade Cladding Screen

The purpose of the Project was to fabricate and install a fabric facade to a large carpark building.

The carpark is in an area of a city that is currently being revitalised, so it was very important for the carpark building to have an aesthetic design element, but for a very economical price.

The design was definitely not a standard facade, the undulating design and the connection details made the fabrication and install very complex. It was also very important to the architect for the facade fabric welds to be symmetric and perfect.

This Facade Project has transformed what would normally be a standard Carpark building into one that is unique and looks very interesting. It has been well received by the architect, building owner and the local community.
