The Parkview Rise project presented a unique challenge that required innovative design solutions and expert craftsmanship. We were commissioned to design, fabricate, and install a cassette-style retractable awning to seamlessly integrate with an existing building. However, what made this project particularly exciting was the complexity involved in positioning the awning—our team needed to raise it above the roofline, requiring a custom-built frame for support.

This wasn't a straightforward task. The existing structure's constraints meant that the awning couldn't be mounted in the traditional manner. Instead, we engineered a tailored frame that would elevate the awning, ensuring it could extend smoothly and provide maximum coverage without interfering with the building's architecture. The custom frame design required precision engineering to guarantee stability, durability, and a sleek aesthetic that complemented the overall design of the building.
